Refund & Returns Policy
At Swimstore, we aim to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. After 10 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with tags/accessories intact.
- A valid invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase is required.
- Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Goggles
- Swimming Caps
- Costumes / Swimwear
However, defective or damaged products may be eligible for replacement after verification.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken to receive the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be subject to our return policy.
