1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship orders to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of checkout or via email after your order is placed.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply on orders below ₹999.
  • Any additional shipping fees (e.g. for remote areas or bulk items) will be communicated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities usually receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.
  • You can also log in to your account at https://swimstore.in to view order status.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted national courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • While we strive to deliver on time, there may be occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues.
  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us at swimstorein@gmail com.

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
  • SwimStore will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Instead, contact us immediately with photos so we can raise an issue with the courier and arrange a replacement.
