HOW TO MEASURE

The Manta Paddles are designed to be worn with the swimmer’s middle finger comfortably inserted into the finger hole

1. Cut a piece of string to at least 3 inches (7.6cm) long

2. Wrap the string around the knuckle or thickest part of your middle finger. Make sure it’s snug and be sure to measure both hands!

3. Using a pen or marker, mark where the ends overlap

4. Lay the string flat and use a ruler to measure the length in inches or centimeters

*Yellow circles just below finger hole show size: S(•), M(••), L(•••), XL(••••)

*Every paddle has the same diameter, with only the finger holes differing between sizes

INCREASE STRENGTH: Designed to build muscle and improve distance-per-stroke.
STRAPLESS DESIGN: No more fussing over uncomfortable or broken straps. The Manta Paddles provide a comfortable fit to the natural contour of the hand.
LOW IMPACT: Vent holes allow water to pass through the paddle, allowing the swimmer to maintain their feel for the water.
FOUR FINGER SIZES: While every paddle has the same diameter, size is based on the circumference of your middle finger. Please refer to the size chart.
FLOATING MATERIAL: Lightweight and durable Manta Paddles are made to float so you won’t lose them.

Rinse in cool, non-chlorinated water after each use.
Leave to air dry on a towel.
Please avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods, as it may damage the material.
