6. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in original packaging.
  • Hygiene-related items such as swimwear, caps, goggles, etc., may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval, and may take 5–7 business days.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
